The application supports various activities, from multi-lap Cooper tests for entire teams and track and field events to Beep test timing for multiple participants. It also accommodates individual laps on forest trails, providing comprehensive timing solutions for both group and solo activities.

Users can establish and maintain an indefinite number of training and race sessions within the app. For quick setup, sessions can be initiated without configuring any parameters. However, for detailed tracking, users have the option to customize sessions with information such as:

• Title
• Date and time
• Location
• Number of laps
• Lap length
• First lap length exception
• Comments

Launching a new session is streamlined through a quick action accessible directly from the app icon on the home screen. Additionally, users can duplicate previous sessions to replicatesetting configurations efficiently.

Once participants are added to a session, the app provides individual analytics including:

• Lap times
• Real-time difference between last and previous lap
• Average lap times and per-kilometer pace
• Total laps completed
• Race position relative to others
• Visual data via statistics tables and graphs displaying lap times, trends, averages across intervals, and other metrics
• A goal flag indicating when the designated number of laps has been reached

For in-depth analysis or sharing results externally, sessions can be exported as .xlsx files compatible with Excel.
